Legacy planner. Advocate for family continuity. Advisor who diagnoses before she prescribes. What you’ve built is protected, thriving, and prepared to outlive you
Where clarity meets strategy.
20+ years in insurance and advisory.
Every one of them in service of families who deserve more than a product pitch.
I am Caroline Yiswa Simiyu, an Insurance Solutions Strategist with over 20 years in the insurance industry, including 15 years in corporate leadership, supporting individuals, families, and organisations who are intentional about protecting what they are building.
My work is recognised within the industry, including qualification as a two time award nominee by the Association of Kenya Insurers reflecting consistency, discipline, and commitment to excellence.
Over the years, I have seen a recurring reality many people are not just under insured, they are under strategized. From little or no cover, to multiple policies that don’t quite work together, protection is often scattered, misaligned, and not built to carry life’s defining moments.
That is what led me to develop the Elite Insurance Solutions Suite a strategic framework that brings clarity, structure, and coordination to how you protect what matters most.
I listen first. I understand deeply. Then I guide you in putting the right structures in place aligned to your vision, not a product catalogue.
Whether it is your family’s wellbeing, your children’s future, or the continuity of what you are building, my role is simple: to ensure it is protected, structured, and built to last.
This work, for me, is more than a profession it is a calling. A responsibility to serve with integrity, clarity, and care.
I am your Serenity Partner walking with you, one strategy at a time.
The principles behind every engagement.
